I chose this hotel for attending a forum as it provided excellent amenities such as a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a conference hall with up-to-date audio-video equipment. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was always available at the 24-hour front desk. The conference center, measuring 603 square feet, was ideal for our event.
I would have appreciated the availability of a dedicated IT support team for any technical issues that may have arisen during the forum.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we called for room service, they were incredibly accommodating, offering us a variety of options and explaining each one in detail. The large and beautifully decorated room made us feel like royalty. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center and train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay at the Hermitage! I stayed for three nights in a spacious and clean studio. The location is perfect, with easy access to the train station and attractions like the Brest Fortress. The staff, especially Anna and Pavel, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me with visa complications and even printed out support material for me. I was also allowed to stay in my room for a few extra hours. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for Xmas. The lobby was nicely decorated with Xmas lights and trees which created a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast had a variety of food and was delicious. The staff was polite and helped us with our luggage. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which made it easy for us to move around.
Our room's heating system was not working properly, so it was very cold and uncomfortable to sleep. The room's decor was outdated, and it needed some renovation.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the rooms were modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful design. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the location - it was near all the tourist attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet area. the staff was incredibly helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
The gym - it was quite small and located in the basement. with so much to do in the area, it wasn't much of an issue.

Located near a beautiful park and great restaurants, with a stunning view of the city. the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the Congress Center. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. the bathroom was clean, with a wonderfully strong shower. the service was impeccable and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, including local dishes and fresh pastries. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including an ATM, laundry service, and a restaurant with delicious menu options.
The hotel was a bit overpriced for the value it delivered.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with spacious and elegant rooms that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area while still being close to popular tourist spots like Sovietskaya Street and Gogol Boulevard. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, and their friendliness made me feel welcome and at home.
When it came to breakfast offerings, I would suggest adding more variety to the menu. While the food was delicious, having a wider selection would enhance the dining experience for guests.

Nice, quite area of the city, central to the main areas. Historic building. Beautiful terrace in restaurant. Good breakfast included with room price. The building looks beautiful: a lot of efforts were made in the course of design, construction and finishing - it resulted in comfortable and spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. Attention was paid to training of staff – competent, client oriented, attentive and ready to help.
Rooms outdated and a little musty, especially the carpet. Customer care could have been better: when the hotel switched our room because we reported a water leak in the bathroom, it switched us to a room with the exact same floor plan but with no balcony - in other words, to a *worse* room.
